KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in Shared Services & Outsourcing for ourManagement Consulting practice.
Responsibilities:
· Advise KPMG clients through the global shared services and business process outsourcing (BPO) planning, deployment and management lifecycle
· Establish and standardize internal advisory tools and delivery frameworks
· Guide clients on alternative shared services delivery models including captive centers, joint ventures, spin-offs, and hybrid sourcing relationships
Qualifications:
· A minimum of three years of experience in BPO and shared services as well as experience with an advisory firm or outsourcing service provider, preferably with an emphasis in global BPO
· Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university; MBA or advanced degree from an accredited college/university is preferred
· Knowledge of finance and accounting, procurement, human resources, or information technology outsourcing industry and suppliers
· Demonstrated knowledge base in business operations, systems evaluation, and enterprise architecture and supplier governance
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Travel may be up to 80-100%
