KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Executive Education to join our KPMG Business School organization.

Responsibilities:

·  Apply a strong understanding of instructional design and learning and development (L&D) trends, to design and develop digital self-studies used to on-board audit engagement team members
·  Design and develop L&D solutions for clients utilizing the ADDIE model
·  Participate in the development of proposals featuring Executive Education offerings
·  Contribute to the development of marketing deliverables

Qualifications:

·  Minimum of three years of instructional design experience; preferably in a large corporate environment
·  Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or international equivalent license preferred; awareness of accounting and finance matters, tools, and policies is a plus
·  Solid understanding and proven application of adult learning principles and pedagogy; Experience with Adobe Capitvate, Articulate Storyline and/or Camtasia
·  Ability to build and maintain strategic, trusting relationships with engagement team members, clients, stakeholders / partners and be recognized by stakeholders as a respected team member
·  Excellent writing skills with the ability to write clearly and understandably and sequence information in a logical order
·  Ability to travel twenty five percent and work from any KPMG U.S. office location
