KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join ourBusiness Tax Services practice.
Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and develop cost segregation reports
· Analyze construction cost data and design drawings
· Coordinate and collect information from building owners, architects, engineers and contractors
· Participate in area marketing and assist with marketing to potential clients
Qualifications:
· A minimum of three years of experience in performing cost segregation or valuation studies with a BA/BS degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering from an accredited college/university
· Familiarity with construction design and construction processes
· Strong knowledge of building systems
· Knowledge of the federal income tax depreciation aspects, project budgeting and accounting and desire to gain fixed asset reporting systems knowledge
· Ability to communicate effectively with client personnel and other KPMG professionals
· Willingness to travel
