KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in People & Change for ourManagement Consulting practice.

Responsibilities:

·  Lead or assist on Organizational Design for Performance engagements from beginning to end, including partnering with the client to shape organizational strategy, enterprise and functional target operating models, macro- and micro- organizational designs (structure, processes, roles and responsibilities, performance metrics and required capabilities, competencies, and skills)
·  Execute Organizational Design for Performance activities, including but not limited to the areas of work activity analysis, business case for future state design, operational footprint analysis, critical roles, job families, job descriptions, competencies by role, job leveling frameworks, rewards and compensation, role impact assessment, workforce transition strategies and plans, and culture assessment
·  Lead or assist engagement teams on applying innovative organizational design technologies for advanced scenario modeling
·  Build long-term business relationships with client stakeholders through engagement delivery and networking
·  Participate in business development by with proposal responses
·  Contribute to the development and evolution of organizational design methodologies and intellectual capital including contributing to articles, whitepapers, and training efforts

Qualifications:

·  Minimum of three years of relevant work experience organizational design, talent management, change management, or human resource consulting, with experience in advisory services within a major consulting firm preferred within a major consulting firm preferred
·  Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required; Advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development or related field preferred
·  Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and effectively manage relationships with stakeholders, senior management, and staff
·  Ability to work well independently or as part of a team
·  Strong problem solving skills and the ability to remain flexible to handle unexpected challenges
·  Willingness to travel eighty to one hundred percent of the time
