Responsibilities & Profile

Your responsibilities

·  Service as subject matter resource and assist the engagement teams (focus on Deal Advisory) with quality and risk management policies and processes in order to comply with applicable laws, regulations and professional standards
·  Advise employees on the correct handling of internal risk processes
·  Assist the engagement teams in drafting engagement letters and contracts from a risk and independence perspective
·  Promote initiatives to support continuous improvement of the quality and risk management function
·  Proactively seek opportunities for ongoing learning, professional development and skills building

Your profile

·  Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university
·  3-5 years professional experience, preferably in a highly regulated environment such as Big 4.
·  Background in financial audit, forensic or deal advisory with the desire to change to a risk management focused role would be ideal
·  Strong analytical skills, independent and critical thinking to challenge risk and independence matters with an autonomous mindset
·  Service orientation as well as responsible, reliable and accurate working methods
·  Quick comprehension and ability to navigate independently and proactively in a dynamic environment
·  Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, German would be a plus
·  Enjoy working in an international and interdisciplinary environment
