Responsibilities & Profile
Your responsibilities
· Analyze the Request for Proposal (RfP) and coordinate the planning and implementation of the pursuit process
· Facilitate the definition of the scope, deliverables, and timelines and follow up with all stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery
· Initiate relevant research efforts (i.e. company profile and stakeholder analysis)
· Support the business team in preparing for any client interaction (i.e. site visits and presentations) and oversee the production of relevant materials
· Work with the business teams and their respective Back Office support to schedule and execute an effective communication plan (i.e. meetings, dry-runs, debriefs)
· Work closely with Pursuit Leaders and other Pursuit Project Managers to support the Pursuit Services team's strategy, including the continuous development of new templates and leading practice examples
Your profile
· University degree in Communications, Business Administration or similar
· Ideally 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in an international company; experience with Audit-related communication is an asset
· Good understanding of economic correlations
· Very strong communication skills in English and German (both written and verbal)
· Experienced user of MS Office, especially of MS Word and PowerPoint
· A proactive mindset that enables you to act, work, and think independently, while ensuring the duties and high standards of the Pursuit Services Team are appropriately represented
· Pragmatic mindset with very strong organizational skills and an ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations
