We have an exciting opportunity for a Pensions Data Migration Analyst to support our growing new business and help manage existing schemes as the pensions administration is transitioned to a new web based platform.

We are looking for people who have a great can-do attitude, who will thrive in a busy work environment and have a passion for using technology to improve reports and processes. The role will be supporting our Pensions Administration Consulting teams based in Birmingham, Manchester and Reading. The successful candidate will be based in Birmingham or Reading.

Roles and Responsibilities
The opportunity will involve providing Pensions Administration systems support locally and nationally on Profund and IntelliPen. Over time, your work would include the following tasks:

- Provide desk side support for Pensions Administrators
- Handle routine work requests, including loading and amending of data
- Produce regular reporting, including development of new reports
- Perform the set-up, data transfer and programming of new schemes transitioning to IntelliPen
- Deploy new system functionality in line with specified controls
- Maintain existing Excel based programs
- Assist with IT tasks within the team, including system housekeeping, upgrades etc.
- Ensure appropriate documentation and audit trails are in place and being followed
- Assist with other systems that support Profund/IntelliPen, including Star Payroll and Paygate systems and processes

Skills and Experience
We are looking for a candidate who are able to demonstrate a number of the following:

- Strong communication skills
- Able to work on own initiative
- Team player
- Working knowledge of defined benefit pension schemes
- Strong Excel skills and good knowledge of other Microsoft products, including use of VBA
- Good general IT knowledge, ideally including SQL
- Ideally, experience of at least one pension administration system, including data migrations
