Role
We have an excellent opportunity for a PA to work within our Audit practice based in our Stokes Place office.
We ideally need you to have the following on your CV:
· 5 years' experience as a PA / Secretary to a senior business leader;
· Proactivity with a high level of attention to detail;
· Advanced PowerPoint skills and report design experience with a creative eye for corporate design;
· A strong working knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite, in particular Word and PowerPoint .
Your work will be varied. Below will be some of your core responsibilities:
· Support in preparing visually strong, high quality presentations and proposals;
· Diary and workflow management, arranging both internal and external client meetings;
· Arranging extensive travel on behalf of the partner and team;
· Liaising with clients on behalf of the partner where appropriate;
· Provide administrative support service to a Partner, and team to include;
·
· Preparation of invoices and tracking payments
· Process expense claims
· Processing of supplier invoices
· Input of timesheets
· Using initiative to think ahead;
· Other ad-hoc duties as necessary .
