KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Information Management Office in one of our major offices on the east coast or central region of the country.

Responsibilities:

·  Participate in client and vendor contract reviews in the areas of information protection, confidentiality, privacy and information management
·  Provide input on ability to comply, suggest contract revisions and participate in contract negotiations
·  Help business units understand contractual requirements and how to practically apply and comply with contractual requirements
·  Serve as the day-to-day contact for business units and respond to questions related to areas of information management
·  Aid in the design, implementation and operation of processes and tools to manage information
·  Participate in or manage project execution completing project deliverables within timeline and budget expectations while maintaining collaborative relationships with customers and stakeholders

Qualifications:

·  Minimum three years of operational or supervisory experience within information security, data privacy, IT audit, IT risk management, information management, product management, and/or compliance; preferably within a professional services environment
·  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
·  Experience with controls frameworks, information security, privacy standards, and industry requirements such as ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST, FISMA, HIPAA, GLBA, Safe Harbor, SSAE16and others
·  Experience evaluating a control environment, identifying control gaps and mitigating measures along with a strong understanding of business practices and technology concepts
·  Project management and contract negotiation experience is preferred
·  US Citizenship required
