Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage eAudIT Product Suite deployment:
- Responsible for deploying the tools and appropriate functional guidance/support mechanisms to the Audit firm.
- Manage key deliverables associated with tools: this manager is responsible for supporting AQTP/DPP/Learning with ongoing training needs/communications/guidance/methodology required for Champion networks/end users.
- Close liaison with DPP to ensure all guidance is developed in a timely manner to best support end users and drive optimisation of the tool/s.
- Close liaison with GSC to ensure UK functional needs fed in to GSC development timelines at appropriate times.
- Support AQTP/DPP with the development of new support networks (to replace Audit Champions) are able to provide input and support for Champion calls.
- Develop relationships with business to support DPP/AQTP on ‘re-energising’ eAudit .
- Managing deployment activities for number of other tools ie Business Metrics, KPMG Clara Client Collaboration, Validis and Innovation solutions. Overseeting 2-3 D grades supporting the deployments.

Qualifications and Skills

- Ability to build relationships quickly with GSC/UK and other DPPs/ITS/key contacts including Audit Champions/other networks to encourage ‘as designed’ usage of the tools and solutions. Has high impact in one on one / group / presentation situations.
- Ability to prioritise and make decisions on key functionality and effective ways to communicate with end users that translates into the most value to the audit function.
- Internally motivated and able to drive and shape new processes where none may currently exist, or where existing processes need to be updated.
- Out the box thinker – driven to find ways of doing things better and has the mind-set to come up with proposed solutions, with a good understanding of the eA Product Suite delivery lifecycle.
- Flexible working style, thriving on new and game-changing ideas - ability to excel in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
- Excellent understanding of Quality agenda, requirement to work closely with AQTP to deliver against Quality agenda and a clear understanding of KPMG Risk processes – both business and ITS.

Experience and Background

- 3+ years recent audit experience
- Enthusiastic to be working with technology
- Up to date on audit trainings
- Excellent and proven project management skills
- Experience of establishing key networks of key contacts across all audit departments, DPP, ITS etc.
- Diverse audit experience to enable discussions on topics from a variety of industries (at a high level)
- Self-starter and able to self-manage
