Job description

• Content management activities on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform

• Manage Site enhancement specifications implementation with Global Support

• Using web content management tools, update and manage key client facing web applications such as www.kpmg.com/us and www.kpmginstitutes.com

• Control quality of web images, content and rich media on kpmg.com/us website

• Respond to 'webmaster' inquiries via the contact us section of websites

• Coordinate with offshore teams to troubleshoot technical issues and manage workflow

• Work with KPMG's SEO, web analytics and other content managers to develop content that supports search tactics

• Gather appropriate approvals from staging to 'go live' state

• Provide wireframes and progress updates to managers along with editorial insight and recommendations for titles, file naming and meta data

• Provide technical writing and produce standard operating procedure documents and user guides

• Work with appropriate teams to understand and adhere to compliance requirements
