Roles and Responsibilities

• Participate in healthcareIT transformation and core healthcare operations transformation engagements forclients from global markets - client chargeable projects.
• Process consulting forhealthcare clients including 'As-Is' State Assessment, Business ProcessMapping, Data Analysis, 'To-Be' Operating Model and Future Roadmap design.
• Market Research andBenchmarking for assigned set of accounts.
• Create 'point of view' onvarious emerging healthcare topics, track healthcare regulation and develop newsolution offerings for healthcare clients.
• Interact with clients togather requirements for projects, deliver to requirements as applicable
• Specialize in one of thefollowing solution areas - Revenue Cycle Mgmt, Healthcare IT, Clinical CareOptimization.

Required
Education / professional qualifications
Master's degree in management
Prior Experience:
The candidate must have 3-7 years of relevant experience in a similar role, If possible in a professional services firm / consulting / Big 4 / Financial Industry.

Experience & Background
• Financial / data modelingskills - intermediate to advance excel skills.
• Experience with healthcarefunctional areas - any one out of revenue cycle management, clinical careoptimization, healthcare IT
• Helpful to have worked onpre-hospitalization and post hospitalization processes, understanding ofpatient workflow in a care set up, understanding of physician-patient,physician-pharma or payer provider interactions
• Creating an datapreparation workflow in e.g. in Alteryx
• Designing a database model
• Any one of Aris or Visio(requirements gathering tools), either Qlik/Tableau from a visualizationstandpoint also helpful.
• Prior Business analysis orconsulting experience strongly preferred.
• Good communication -listening, speaking and writing.
• Good interpersonal skills.Should be able to work as part of a team.
Exposure to healthcare required.
