Junior Non Key Expert for drafting Financial Study (part time)

Job description

Tasks and responsibility:
- Analytical work on collecting of information, researching Montenegrin legislation, especially migration policy in regards to all branches of social security regarding current costs;
- Analytical work on researching Montenegrin administrative system for monitoring of statistics related to migrations ;
- Making financial analysis on the impact of free movement of persons (workers and members of their families) on Montenegrin social security system;
- Drafting Financial Study on the impact of free movement of workers between Montenegro and EU MS.

Requirements:
- University degree (where a degree has been awarded on completion of three years study in a University or equivalent institution) in economics, or any other field of relevance of expertise, in the absence of required degree, at least 3 (but preferably 5) years of experience in the required area of expertise;
- Practical experience in recently acceded EU Member States, candidate or potential candidate countries;
- Fluency in English language;
- Computer literacy;
- Knowledge of local language could be considered as an asset;
- At least 2 years professional experience in economics;
- At least 1 year professional proven experience in data analysing/drafting financial studies;
- Knowledge of basic information from EU Regulations on Coordination of Social Security Regulation.
