Analyst/ Junior Advisor - Management Consulting

Job description

The Budapest based management consulting practice provides business advisory support for a broad range of industries and sub-sectors including infrastructure (energy & utilities, government, telecommunication, public transport amongst others) to provide integrated advice. The advisory team supports implementing strategies and business improvement actions economically and efficiently in order to achieve sustainable results.

Key responsibilities:
- Execute client engagements under supervision
- Preparation of proposals, reports and presentations on service delivered to client

Our business practice includes:
- Financial Risk Management and strategy
- Business Process Improvement
- Regulatory studies and cost modeling
- Feasibility Studies/Business Cases

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in the field of advisory services (for the junior advisor position)
- Master's degree in Economics or Business Administration OR in Engineering with a strong economic background through studies or work experience
- Logical and structured thinking
- Have analytical thinking and are comfortable with numbers
- Strong business modelling skills and experience in preparing decision supporting materials are a must for advisor level
- Ability to work with people of different backgrounds and business cultures
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude
- Effective team worker but able to work independently as well
- Flexibility and capability to handle periodic workload peaks
- Excellent oral/written communication skills in Hungarian and English; command of any Central and Eastern European languages are an asset
