IAM (Identity and Access Management), Senior Associate

Job description

Responsibilities:
•Technical delivery of Identity and Access Management (IDAM) solutions to clients as an individual contributor based on guidance and direction from team leadership.
•Experience in requirements gathering, design, development and implementation.
•Support technical delivery based on guidance from team lead.
•Develop and test functional requirements.
•Provides software installation, configuration, integration, and support.
•Participate in technical/functional project meetings with the Team and client.
•Work onsite with the client.

Technical Skills:
•3+ year hands-on experience on tools such as Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle SOA BPEL, Oracle Identity Analytics, BI Publisher.
•Experience with different Oracle Identity Manager Connectors: Microsoft Active Directory Connector, Exchange Connector, Flat file, Database Application Table Connector.
•Request Approval and provisioning workflow development using SOA.
•Hands-on Java development experience: Core Java and J2EE
•Hands-on experience with JavaScript
•Familiarity with development tools such as Eclipse, JDeveloper and SQL Developer
•Familiarity with version control systems like SVN, CVS and GIT
•Firm grasp on object oriented programming and other common programming practices
•Expertise in one of the following application servers: Oracle Weblogic, IBM WebSphere, JBOSS, Tomcat
•Working knowledge of LDAP protocols and any one LDAP server
•Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and familiarity with AD infrastructure methodology.
•Hands-on experience with one or more of the following RDBMS systems: Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL Server, including strong SQL query skills

Preferred Skills:
•Expertise with Windows and/or Unix OSes
•Expertise in developing 3-tier web applications
•Hands on expertise on scripting languages like Perl, Python
•Working knowledge of SAML, SPML, SOAP and web services
•Knowledge of common network services and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, SSH, HTTPS, VPN
