Fund Distributor Oversight Specialist for our Investment Management Services (m/f)

About the team and responsibilities

Our Investment Management practice is a services portal, within the Advisory. It provides asset managers with business solutions to comply with regulatory requirements, such as cross-border fund registration, fund tax calculation/certification, AIFMD reporting, KID/KIIDs reporting and Know Your Delegate. We have developed a technology-powered platform, accessible via one single entry point, allowing our clients to focus on their core business. Our clients are global asset managers and asset servicers based in Luxembourg and across Europe.

Part of this platform, we offer Know Your Delegates (KYD) services to ManCos and AIFMs. We support our client in the processing of due diligences performed on their delegates (fund distributors, portfolio managers and central administrators) as required by the Luxembourg regulations.

As part of our KYD team, you will:

•Define due diligence questionnaire for our clients for their Fund Distributors and Portfolio Managers
•Keep track of due diligence status and report to our clients
•Support our clients' delegates in the filling of due diligence questionnaires
•Review and assess on going due diligence reports received from our client's delegates
•Support our client in their assessment of the received materials and reports
•Manage clients request in terms of new due diligence requests
•Take part in the onboarding of new clients

The perfect candidate

•On top of your degree in Economics or Finance, you have at least 3 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in the Asset Management industry with a focus on compliance.
•You are a strong team player, client-driven and capable to work under pressure.
•You have strong analytical and written skills
•You enjoy working in an international and multicultural environment
•You have good communication skills, both written and oral, in both French or German and English. Any additional language skills would be considered as a strong advantage.
