Executive Assistant

Job description
The Executive Assistant is critical to the success of the department and will assist with key tasks including drafting and formatting of documents, preparation of various reports and analysis including internal risk management and compliance documentation. You will coordinate and minute internal and team meetings, arrange social and corporate events, manage calendars and assist with booking of international travel.
Role & Responsibilities:
• The successful candidate will be highly organized, with exceptional verbal and written communication, superior MS office skills and a proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• You will be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer / client service and response.
• The ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment is essential.
In return you'll be offered a salary US$55,000 - US$80,000 per annum, MyTime flexible vacation, comprehensive health insurance & pension plan, training and educational assistance as required.
