The Regional Delivery Centre manages the delivery of key global services to Asia Pacific member firms in the most cost efficient and effective way.

Cloud Infrastructure Engineer is a member of the Regional Infrastructure Services Delivery team that aim for fast integration and focus on infrastructure service availability, scalability, and resilience. The role includes responsibility for delivery of cloud-based platforms to enable greater agility with fulfillment of company growth initiatives.
Responsibilities and Tasks
• Execute and support IT cloud strategy to enable greater agility with fulfillment of infrastructure services
• Contribute to the team that supports business digitalization by providing common platform components such as service frameworks, logging and monitoring and deployment pipeline automation.
• Support and maintain a delivery platform that provides the stability, scalability and availability demands of the business through infrastructure lifecycle, improvement and standardization strategies.
• Support enterprise architects and portfolio managers in developing technology roadmaps, including effectively evaluating products and technology to support recommendations to the business including infrastructure lifecycle, improvement and standardization strategies.
• Maintain proper monitoring and alerting of all environments.
• Deliver the objectives associated with problem management, such as customer communication and root cause analysis reports.
• Document internal standard operating procedures, processes and training to ensure team members have the needed tools and information to support the production environments and deliver on project commitments.
• Generate system metrics and reports for purposes of detecting performance bottleneck and capacity planning.
• Define and implement procedures to track configuration changes.
Qualifications
• At least a Bachelor degree or equivalent
• 2 to 3 years of experience in deploying and life cycle management of platform services on public cloud infrastructure like AWS Cloud, Google Cloud or Azure Cloud
• Well versed in DNS, Load Balancing, SSL, TCP/IP, networking and security
• Configuration management experience on Windows and Linux
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills, attention to details
• Be a team player, communicate and collaborate well in a team environment
• Knowledge of security best practices is a plus
• Clear communicator with a positive attitude
• Ability to interface with several internal partners simultaneously
• Good knowledge of ASPAC regional issues, ability to work with people from many different cultural backgrounds
• Experience in the Professional Services or Financial Services sectors is a plus
• Willingness to undertake a moderate amount of business travel
