Client Relationship Management - Officer (1 year contract)

Job description

The Client Care team in KPMG looks after a series of initiatives to define and drive high quality client relationship management and service experience delivery across the firm.

We are looking for an Officer to work on the Client Care team's client relationship management system (CRM) activities specifically focusing on data quality review and updates.

Job responsibilities:

·  Daily proactive update and maintenance of contact data using new
·  Research work using online tools and databases to review contact data accuracy and completeness.
·  Data entry work updating records, including tagging and classifying CRM data.
·  Liaising with internal data owners to seek confirmation on data accuracy and making necessary updates.
The ideal candidate should have:

·  At least one year's experience working in a corporate environment, possibly within a marketing or service support team.
·  Good written and verbal communication skills.
·  Technical proficiency with excel and a meticulous attention to detail.
·  Minimum 'A' level/diploma qualification
