Starting with KPMG as a Case Assessor , you will report into the Case Assessor Team Leader. You will be responsible for reviewing customer Case Files, assessing the appropriateness of the financial advice provided and determining if the customer should be remediated. You may be required to contact advisors and customers in order to gain information necessary to complete the assessments of the files.

Your major responsibilities will include:
• Reviewing client files
• Investigating clients complaints
• Determining the appropriateness of advice providing
• Determining if there was a financial or non-financial detriment to the client
• Communicating outcomes of the advice reviews
• Liaising with administrative and calculations teams to ensure the customer is remediated appropriately

How are you Extraordinary? You will ideally bring to this role -
• Minimum RG146 qualified
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements within Financial Services industry
• Attention to detail; meticulous in your approach, ability to analyse information for any absent components
• Degree qualified & remediation program experience advantageous
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain levels of quality in a target-driven environment essential
• Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
