KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Campus Recruiting to join our HR organization.

Responsibilities:

·  Develop and deploy the recruiting strategy to help achieve annual hiring goals for full-time and internship needs
·  Attend and coordinate a variety of office and campus events to attract top talent
·  Oversee financial and headcount budgets, as well as produce reports for activities and results
·  Manage the hiring process to help ensure it complies with set policies and procedures, employment laws and regulations
·  Develop and build relationships with key faculty from assigned campuses
·  Supervise and help train recruiting coordinators and recruiters in the office

Qualifications:

·  Minimum five years of campus recruiting or related experience with at least two years of supervisory experience; preferably within a professional services environment
·  Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
·  High attention to detail with strong organizational and leadership skills
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
·  Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for applicant tracking and reporting
·  Ability to travel up to twenty percent annually and available to work evenings and weekends as needed
