KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, to join our Learning & Innovation Center Organization.

Responsibilities:

·  Provide daily administrative support to KPMG’s Learning and Innovation Center leaders and team members
·  Create process documentation and flow charts while managing multiple time lines
·  Participate in the creation and execution of the team's work stream collaboration strategy including ownership of the master meeting calendar
·  Consolidate and manage data from various sources and work streams
·  Participate in the development of presentation materials and preparation for leadership meetings
·  Learn and become proficient in project management and data management systems

Qualifications:

·  Minimum three years of administrative support, project management or similar experience; preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
·  Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
·  Experience in process mapping and report creation
·  Ability to prioritize projects and effectively work across teams to meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
·  Strong organizational, project management, and client service skills
·  Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
