Role Description

We are seeking talented individuals with experience of Organisational Design (OD) to join our growing Corporates team, working closely with clients across Energy, Industrial Manufacturing, Life Sciences and Aerospace & Defence.

Candidates should have experience and proficiency relevant to a number of our OD areas (e.g. practical expertise across some of the following)

Demonstrable knowledge and expertise in delivering activities across the OD timeline for example:

- Agreeing design principles
- Developing future state options
- Managing detailed design
- Shaping workshops
- Developing transition/implementation plans
- Completing impact assessments

Aware of OD linkages with Operating Model Design and advocate for the need to address both the physical elements of their organisation and the enabling elements.

Understanding of emerging themes in the OD field and potential implications to future design

Delivering baseline analytics on people data for both efficiencies and effectiveness

Awareness of implementation activities within change, talent, communications and leadership

Roles and responsibilities required

- Degree educated or equivalent
- Organisational Design (OD) experience
- Proven relationship-building and influencing skills
- Excellent communication skills both in writing and orally, and strong familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office packages.
- Qualifications in either CIPD, Occupational psychology, MBA or Prince2
