Responsibilities & Profile

Your contribution to KPMG

·  Ensure, plan, manage and monitor the operational deployment and processes of technical and virtual classroom trainings
·  Support participants, trainers, performance managers & HR managers in all training related queries
·  Yearly controlling of training hours for accreditation purpose
·  Plan, organize and deploy events with up to 130 participants
·  Maintain the Audit Training homepage and write the Audit Training newsletter
·  Be the first point of contact for our employees who are doing the academy (registrations, communication and answering general questions)
·  Take care of the internal billing and cost center controlling
·  Support Head of Audit Training in all kind of administrative work

This is what makes you successful

·  Graduated commercial apprenticeship
·  At least 5 years of professional experience
·  You have excellent communication skills and enjoy speaking to various stakeholder groups
·  Strong handling skills of MS Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
·  Enjoy working with various tools and affinity for learning new tools/programs
·  Proficient German skills and advanced English skills
·  Independent, well-organized and precise working style
·  Team-oriented personality, who enjoys analyzing numbers
