Role

We are currently seeking to hire an Accounts Receivable Assistant for a permanent opportunity, based in Dublin 1.

We ideally need you to have the following on your CV:

·  Previous experience working in a similar professional services environment;
·  Well-developed analytical and numerical skills;
·  Solid working knowledge of standard software packages, including Microsoft Office and Sap;
·  Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus;
·  Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Your work will be varied. Below will be some of your core responsibilities:

·  Processing daily, all payments received from customers on to our Sap system;
·  Allocation of customer payments to Debtors ledger;
·  Maintenance and reconciliation of Withholding Tax register;
·  Monitoring daily cash balance and assisting with cash flow reporting;
·  General office duties;

Team:

The Accounts Receivable team sits within the KPMG Finance department. They are responsible for processing all cash receipts, electronic payments, lodgements, and bank reconciliations.
