We employ around 1,500 people in the UK across our four production sites and our head office in Hayes, Middlesex. KP Snacks is also proud to be part of the Intersnack Group, Europe’s leading producer of savoury snacks, operating in around 30 European countries.
We’re seeking an enthusiastic, professional and astute Assistant Brand Manager to support the strategic development and profitable growth of the Hula Hoops portfolio. The ABM will have personal ownership for the management implementation of marketing plans & projects required to deliver business objectives.
The role:
- Work with SBM & Marketing Manager to achieve profitable branded growth
- Input into and delivery of the brand plan to meet business requirements and realise the short and longer-term strategy
- Regular brand performance reporting and analysis
- Build strong relationships with factories, other internal departments, agencies, including design & promotional
- Works with the multi-functional team to excellently execute the plans, on time, on budget, in a way that delivers expected results
- Works closely with MS&P to deliver pricing, promotional plans and customer sells.
- Manages brand budget within tolerances and has clear tracking mechanisms
- Reviews performance of initiatives in-market
About the candidate:
- Excellent technical marketing skills required to deliver the key outputs outlined above

- Precious experience in Marketing in an FMCG environment is required, preferably within the food industry
