Mission

Ideal opportunity for an intern to join a Corporate M&A team at the headquarters in Paris and in Antwerpen (Benelux headquarters) as a Trainee for a period of 6 months.

You will have the opportunity to share your time between Paris and Antwerpen, according to the project needs.

As an Intern you will be an integral part of our International M&A team, to assist our deal team with the analysis of financial and operating information about potential investment opportunities, research about markets, the preparation of financial modelling and investment presentations.

More specifically, you will be able to:

·  Develop an understanding of the healthcare & eldery care markets

·  Have the opportunity to work and learn with and from our senior M&A executives

·  Develop an understanding of Target’s business and the risks they face

·  Gain an understanding of a M&A process

·  Prepare advanced financial and valuation model

·  Gain an understanding of the figures through analytical procedures

·  Prepare clear & compelling investment presentation

Profil

·  You are graduated or studying a Master's degree of a top university or business school

·  You are passionate about learning and growing your professional profile

·  You have strong analytical and numerical skills

·  You have excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint

·  You are committed to excellence and willing to maintain high professional standards

·  You have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing

·  You are passionate about M&A and Finance

·  You have a very good command of English. An additional European language would be a plus. Speaking Dutch will be strong plus.
