Due to team growth we have a fantastic new opportunity in our Sales Operations team for a Bids and Tenders Administrator.

Core aspects of the Bids and Tenders Administrator role include:

  • Deliver administration support as requested by the Bids and Tenders team, and to carry out all of these requests in a timely and accurate manner
  • Submit PQQ's, capability documents and all tender documentation as requested by the Bids and Tenders team
  • Ensure documentation is submitted to prospective customers on time and with the necessary proof documentation
  • Provide administration support for the Bids and Tenders team
  • Complete Holiday, travel and other daily business administration for Sales Operations team
  • Assist with housekeeping for the Sales Operations team including the ordering of stationery, meeting room requests and travel requirements
  • Oversee general administration and champion continuous improvement, supporting and ensuring best practise
  • Observe all Company procedures (Health and Safet, HR and others) at all times and ensure that the company assests Im responsible for are kept to the required standard
  • Carry out other ad-hoc projects/duties as required
  • Ensure 100% usage of the Company's CRM system, recording and updating all activity as mandated in the CRM procedure


Relationships and Communication:

  • Attend and participate in meetings as requested
  • Maintain close working relationships with the members of the Bids and Tender team
  • Utilise the support available from other departments to maximum effect for example; Marketing, Service, PPD and HR

  • Appraise own performance and contribute towards own development of the knowledge and skills required to achieve results
  • Attend training and contribute towards own improvement as requested


Person Specification:

  • Tenacious with a flair for building and developing relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational, project and time management skills
  • Takes ownership and works on own initiative.
  • Good/Intermidiate skills with MS Office are an essential particularly Word and Outlook
  • Comfortable communicating with people at all levels of the business.

  • High level of attention to detail
