We are looking for

Under direct supervision, handles and maintains flow of materials in warehouse areas according to established guidelines.

Essential Functions:
1. Reviews bill of lading for incoming merchandise and customer orders.
2. Store incoming merchandise and assemble customer orders for delivery.
3. Sorts and stocks supplies maintaining adequate levels of inventory and verify part numbers.
4. Coordinate activities of distribution warehouse with sales, record control, and purchasing departments to ensure availability of merchandise.
5. Report stock damaged merchandise via the MRC and ROC process and SAP.
6. Coordinates ordering of parts and materials via SAP for office and field personnel as well as customers.
7. Ensures that the warehouse and dock areas remain clean, organized and safe to work and store materials.
8. Work with other departments to coordinate and schedule the delivery and pick-up of materials to and from job sites, vendors, and customer locations.
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for inventory checks every six months.
2. Parts delivery issues (change location, missing shipments, etc.)
3. Adjustments to inventory stock.
4. Additional duties as assigned.

Desired profile

Skills, Education and Experience

Education:
High school diploma or GED

Experience:
1+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
SAP experience helpful but not required.

Specific Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
1. Ability to operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment.
2. Requires ability to understand general arithmetic.
3. Speak and write in a clear and understandable manner for internal/external relations.
4. Ability to understand verbal or written instructions.
5. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
