Job description
Purpose:
The VA Salesperson spends most of the time building new relationships and selling maintenance contracts and related digital services outside current customer base.
Responsibilities and key activities:
Customer relationship management
· Proactively develops and creates customer relationships in his/her area of responsibility;
· Is accountable for developing company position in his/her customer base or market area;
· Creates and communicates leads and sales opportunities for entire company sales team;
· Ensures customer satisfaction and solves complaints with the rest of the team;
· Documents the customer and contact information, maintains customer data.
Sales
· Generates leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets;
· Finds customer needs and designs solution to meet them;
· Is accountable for discounts (pricing list predefined). Hands opportunity over to Operations with complete and correct information;
· Maintains full information of opportunities, tasks and visits;
· Responsible for gathering relevant information about market and competitors from the field;
· Responsible for timely and accurate reporting;
· Supports the finance function in money collection;
· Preparing the figures for month closing and Sales Forecast;
· Work in good collaboration with Maintenance Supervisors and Maintenance Field Support;
· Driving execution of her/his individual sales plan.
Professional requirements:
· Mastering customer contacts, presentations and negotiations, closing deals, tendering process, aftersales activities;
· Basic knowledge of contractual and financial terms;
· English and IT proficiency;
· Knowledge relevant to sales area: maintenance;
Ideal candidate will have a University Degree, will be target driven and will have a strong culture of Service. Moreover, he/she will available to business travels.
