This role sites within our Service Elevator Business (SEB) which provides maintenance services to a wide range of sectors, including commercial, retail, industrial, airports, hotels, government and residential properties. SEB's efficient maintenance processes keep our customers' equipment running nonstop and ensure top-level service.
We have an opportunity in our Northern Region (Queensland), based in Brisbane, where you will work within a customer orientated and motivated team. You will be exposed to a fantastic environment where you will be part of a team performing service, fitter sales, repairs and callouts across the region. What will you be doing?
· Completing scheduled preventative maintenance
· Attending service calls and completing planned an unplanned repairs
· Assist local installation activities when necessary
· Carry out all activities in accordance with KONE policies and procedures including sound understanding of quality and safety standards
· Work to actively maintain customer relationships in the local region
Are you the one?
· Qualified Electrician with experience in maintenance – industries such as manufacturing and power utilities will be highly regarded.
· Previous experience in diagnosis of complex electrical systems
· Hold a current QLD Electrical and drivers licence
· Commitment to working safely with a strong customer focus
· Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
· Highly motivated with ability to be flexible in regards to start/finish times and after hours work
