Why this role?
KONE provides elevators and escalators for buildings of all sizes, from low-rise housing to the world’s tallest skyscrapers. We currently have an opportunity for you as a Project Coordinator to join our NSW Region, based in Mascot. You will provide administration and operational support to the Service Equipment Business (SEB)
As a Coordinator you will ensure quality and accuracy has been achieved with project and department documentation, including invoicing, data entry and supporting the management team.

What will you be doing?
· Support the business unit with contract enquiries, tender documents, customer queries (i.e. invoicing, scheduling)
· Assist with project documentation such as manuals, quality documents, purchase orders etc
· Provide administration support to Project Managers and Supervisors
· Project and ad hoc reporting
· Assist with on-boarding of new employees within the business unit
Are you the one?
· Previous experience in a similar role with proven administration coordination
· High attention to detail
· Ability to build effective internal and external relationships
· Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Skills
