We are looking for
We are looking for a temporary Parts Requisitioner to work with spares related activities, such as material availability check, material identification, material requisition processing, material reservation and stock transfer.
• Taking ownership of a given area (North/South/London) and ensure parts are ordered
• Receive calls from engineers/ASM’s for parts ordering and adding the details onto the Kou Issue Tool
• Receiving chase calls/emails from customers/Kone staff
• Dealing with messages left on the equipment off VM
• Actively communicating with customers throughout the parts process
• Prioritizing workload in an effective manner
• Managing the Kou Issue Tool and making sure the system is kept up to date and own areas managed
• Audit notes on Konect added with any relevant information
• Creating PO’s on SAP
• Customer Communication

Ability to understand customer business

Good interpersonal & communications skills

Parts Knowledge
·
Good knowledge of in house systems; Minerva, SAP, CRM, Konect and Sharepoint an advantage
·
Experience in dealing with suppliers and creating rapport
Good written and spoken English
