We are looking for
We are looking for a Parts Requisitioner to work with spares related activities, such as material availability check, material identification, material requisition processing, material reservation and stock transfer.
•Taking ownership of a given area (North/South/London) and ensure parts are ordered
•Receive calls from engineers/ASM’s for parts ordering and adding the details onto the Kou Issue Tool
•Receiving chase calls/emails from customers/Kone staff
•Dealing with messages left on the equipment off voicemail
•Actively communicating with customers throughout the parts process
•Prioritizing workload in an effective manner
•Managing the Kou Issue Tool and making sure the system is kept up to date and own areas managed
•Audit notes on Konect added with any relevant information
•Creating PO’s on SAP
•Customer Communication

Skills, Education and Experience
•Ability to understand customer business
•Good interpersonal & communications skills
•Parts Knowledge
•Good knowledge of in house systems; Minerva, SAP, CRM, Konect and Sharepoint an advantage
•Experience in dealing with suppliers and creating rapport
Good written and spoken English
