We are looking for

Engineer  - Maintenance Development who provides specialist advice to the VA sales team in the branches. And act as a process owner and ensures that KONE  process and tools are implemented in the branches.  He/ She is responsible for approving and posting  the maintenance contracts and spare parts sales in customer master data.

Responsibilities and key activities:

·  Accountable for rollout and the implementation of the  KONE Maintenance process, and tools (Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Kone Tendering and Ordering Configuration (KTOC), KONE Field Mobility (KFM) & Traction Control) and to  train  the maintenance (VA) team in  the branches.
·  Accountable to check and approve the  master data before  it is submitted ISC for   posting in the System ( SAP ) on requests from VA Sales Persons and Supervisors
·  Accountable to follow up VA Sales Person about the renewal of contracts to trigger maintenance plan creation
·  Accountable to follow up with the  Maintenance Sales Person and branch team about the conversion from LIFS to Lifts in service. Elevators with maintenance contracts (LIS) and List of equipment to converse in maintenance contract (LIMBOS) Adding new units , lost and recaptures units )
·  Accountable to follow up with the VA Sales team for the handing over of  VA  jobs as per  the Company Policy.
·  Responsible to make sure the VA teams are following the maintenance contracts, pricing tool in a right manner . For any deviations , he shall follow the matter with VA Manager.
·  Supporting the Supervisor in getting spare part prices and follow-up with Factory for any missing information pertaining to  spare parts price.
·  Accountable to modify contract prices and to communicate the results to Branch Head for further proceedings. Also accountable to support Frontline in creating contract letters to customers, when required, to explain them the  justification of  price  escalation/modification.
·  Collect information about the lifts lost and identify solutions to sort out recurring reasons for the units  lost and work in consultation with  VA  manager to recapture the units
·  Work as a key user and a member of the team to upgrade the function and capabilities of the Call center  and support the Call Centre team related to Customer Complaint and  Satisfaction.

Desired profile

Skills, Education and Experience

·  User knowledge of SAP / ERP tool is an asset.
·  Previous working experience in relevant field is beneficiary.
·  Proficient in Computers.
·  Diploma in Engineering is an asset.
·  Good in English.
·  Local Language communication will be an added value.
