This position is part of the KONE International Trainee Program (ITP) and is an internship for university students or recent graduates. Within ITP you get to work and develop your skills in interesting and challenging projects and gain valuable international work experience already during your studies. We are looking for

We are now looking for an International Trainee: HR & Training. With support and guidance from Training Coordinator, you will develop, evaluate, implement and maintain the konelearning.com tool:

Concerning deployment
• Rollout & alignment of local induction plans with global curricula in konelearning.com
• Check feasibility of Mobile application rollout

Concerning promoting and developing
• Design an eLearning strategy for KONE Belgium & Luxembourg based on needs by the business
• Prepare digital transition of existing training content (e.g. Safety & Technical Training)
• Setup a quality system for Safety Certifications 
• Promote digital learning and KONE Learning.com as preferred channel
• Maintain strong connections with other Training Specialist within KONE to share best practices and to understand current and future trends

Concerning field maturity model
• Helps to develop, deliver and evaluate training programs and curriculum so that the knowledge, skills, and performance of employees meet the organization’s current and future requirements
• Collaborates with functional and operational managers and HR to develop and assist in implementing training plans that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with the KONE’s overall training strategy
• Maintains and analyzes organization and individual training records in order to monitor the effectiveness of internal and external training programs

Contact with area level learning manager will be necessary to coordinate all actions. All relevant tasks are however local.

Preferred start date is in April 2017 and duration of the internship is 3 months.

Skills, Education and Experience

• Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent experience in relevant field
• Fluency of English, French and Dutch are an asset
