Job description
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the UK team.
Key focus of the role includes:
HR policies, processes and practices to create an engaged and motivated workforce who achieve KONE's business, quality, safety and environmental objectives
Resourcing and Talent Management: Working with the Resourcing Team, be accountable for all aspects of the recruitment process across client group
Work with Hiring Managers to support onboarding and induction
Actively participate in succession planning activities
Identify key talent in group and ensure that they have a clear development programme
Actively promote job rotation, career development
Leavers:
Ensure all leavers are processed accurately and on time across the region and undertake exit interview
Actively work with labour turnover rates to identify trends and take action to improve staff retention and engagement across the team
Competence Development:
Leadership and development programmes, KONE competences, IDP
Reward:

Employee Productivity:
Actively drive productivity across client group including absence management, management of long term sick, PDI cases and ensure that Back to Work interviews are completed
Actively manage performance ensuring that all employees are set clear targets, Performance Discussion process, managing performance improvement and recognising high performance

Organisation management, design & role relationships including role and position descriptions and evaluation

HR Administration:
Working with the HR Shared Service responsible for own administration and ensuring that all forms are completed accurately, on time and with a robust business case (as applicable)
Responsible for ensuring that any submissions are accurately completed and verified against the HR matrix and in line with approval matrix
Human Resource Information Systems:
Global Employee Database, People Leadership Tool, Global Resourcing System, other relevant HR systems and tools
Employee Communication:
eg: KONE Code of Conduct, employee branding, strategy and values communication, KONE Pulse
Employment/Industrial/Labour Relations:
Liaise with functional or operational management to develop and implement local human resource strategies that are appropriate for their business needs and consistent with the organisation’s overall human resource strategy.
HC Forecasting:
Undertake monthly headcount and employment cost forecasts for client group and develop manpower and resourcing plans.
Support the implementation of salary and benefits across whole client group ensuring fairness and parity and give active guidance on maintenance of fixed costs and recommend changes to the HR approach.
Working alongside finance develop annual Headcount budgets for client group in line with budgeting guidelines.
Engagement:
Actively drive engagement via involvement in PULSE Action Plans across Region
Skills, Education and Experience:
An expert in HR Management and Business Partnering
Experience and knowledge of HR processes
Facilitation skills
Labour law and industrial relations knowledge
Preferably experience in change and project management and coaching
Degree in a relevant field OR equivalent experience
Working experience in multinational companies
Good written and spoken
