We are looking for
a Help Desk Administrator to assist with the smooth running of our service department. Responsibilities include:
· Receiving and logging inbound calls then passing the call to engineer
· Updating customer portals
· Monitoring and checking digital/automated worksheets
· Site booking for engineer to attend and service
· General helpdesk administration/supporting field supervisors and managers
