We are looking for
Field Trainer to take following responsibilities:
· Facilitate and co-ordinate the actions, processes and procedures required to ensure the effective management of safety and environmental issues within the business.
· Run classroom type training days and periodical refresh updates (“Tool Box Talks”).
· Provide “on site” training to installation fitters.
· Provide “Site readiness” and “laser survey” training to installation Supervisors.
· Assess and provide training nominations.
· Co-ordinate training and education on safety related matters.
· New operative induction monitoring.
· Liaison with Global Installation and central health and safety advisory team.
· Facilitate effectiveness of local health and safety committees
· Conduct site inspections and audits.
· Ensure adherence to Company standards/policies.
· Provide, with support, expert advise on health, safety and environmental legislative matters.
· Conduct accident/incident analysis and implement corrective action (with support).
· Carry out regular inspection of PPE equipment.
· Carry out Sub contractor standards review.
· Maintain and update training records.
· Participate in Field reference group meetings (as required by the line manager) for the purpose of contributing to evaluation of training material, methodology and feedback of suggestions and ideas from the frontline installers.

Desired profile
Skills, Education and Experience
·
Achieved Elevator Industry approved competence qualification in the installation and commissioning of the relevant products.
·
Basic knowledge of local health, safety and environmental legislation.
·
Basic pedagogical knowledge of different learning styles grown-ups have.
·
Basic knowledge/experience of how to plan, prepare and structure a training program/session.
