We are looking for

Main responsibilities are to:

· 
participate to quality improvement projects with PCBA category

· 
Prepare the test plan according to the component manager’s requirement and implement the test, finish the test report. Including the function test, RMA root cause analysis, third party test etc.

· 
coordinate component engineering activities according to CR and KPPAP process, including design and production documents updating.

· 
electronics product ownership on specific products

Desired profile

Skills, Education and Experience

· 
Electronics Engineering or equivalent major and Bachelor degree;

· 
Above 3 years’ experience of electronics circuit testing and design work;

· 
Familiar with logic circuit, can make the boards failure analysis and propose the corrective solution.

· 
analytical approach, capability to document design work

· 
skills for fault finding and root cause analysis

· 
Capability of using statistics tools for problem analysis and solving is a plus;

· 
Knowledge of the embedded systems is an asset

· 
Capability of using test tools, power supply, oscilloscope, multi-meter, electronics load etc. for problem analysis and solving;

· 
Ability to express technical matters adequately both orally and in writing;

· 
Fluent reading/writing English capacity.
