We are looking for
a Data Analyst -
The purpose of the Data Analyst is to support the Maintenance Supervisors, Technical Manager and
Operations Manager at both Gatwick & Heathrow in data & administrative related tasks.
Data Analyst tasks consists of receiving and processing data relating to callouts, maintenance,
technical visits and customer data. Upon receipt of data they will analyse the information being
collected and provide valuable outputs to the maintenance supervisors and service operations
manager relating to the types of data being reviewed.
The Data Analyst mainly interacts with the Maintenance Supervisor, Technical Manager, Operations
Manager, Maintenance Coordinator and the Customer. He/She reports to the Aviation Manager for
Maintenance.

Desired profile
Skills, Education and Experience
· User knowledge of SD module of SAP is an asset
· User knowledge of MAXIMO would also be of benefit
· Previous working experience in relevant field
· Analytical skills
· Advanced computer skills
