We are looking for

Working as part of the central administration team, this role will support the New Equipment & Modernization
Businesses with direct responsibilities to the Contract Accounts team including Credit Control and Contract Administration.

Responsibilities include database up-dates and maintenance; the producing and processing of contract documents,
providing administrative support to internal colleagues and, guiding our external customers through the process of agreeing the key points of our contracts.

·  Liaising with our Sales team to arrange for new contracts to be sent to our offices
·  Scanning and processing of new contracts
·  Maintain electronic document storage and archiving process
·  Discuss and agree the key terms of new contracts with our Customers and upon conclusion ensure correct signatures are obtained and the contracts returned
·  Accurate and timely administration of contracts database to enable departmental performance and information to be published
·  Support the Credit Control team by undertaking back-office tasks and system up-dates

Skills, Education and Experience

·  Customer service (internal and external)
·  Excellent written and verbal communication
·  Fluent in MS Office applications.
·  Experience with contracts or sales would be an advantage
·  Commercial awareness would be an advantage
·  Good written and spoken English
