We are looking for

CEE Sales & Operations Planning Manager, who will be responsiable for:

·  Accountable for implementing and maintaining the S&OP process by training, coaching, influencing and supporting local sales forces and installation teams,
·  Ensures the Portfolio Reviews and Demand Meetings are performed and effective, while bringing a strong focus on Plan Accuracy and utilizing analysis of trends and order book to challenge timing and volume where appropriate
·  Pro-actively solves prioritization issues with Installation Managers and/or Supervisors in periods where quota is lower than expected
·  Optimize installation resource utilization by preparing capacity plans and solving imbalances with Operations & Sourcing teams
·  Collaboration with different teams making sure that proper communication is in place
·  Fulfills key user role for maintaining updated data and IT tools

Desired profile

Skills, Education and Experience

·  Practical experience in conducting business analytics in commercial operations and demand planning; experience from international, global corporations will be an advantage
·  Over 3 years of practical experience in implementing processes that will support different divisions (Sales and Operations Planning ideally)
·  Understanding of:

 Sales
Project Management Supply Chain Management

Sales and Operations Planning Management

·  Fluent English
·  Bachelor’s degree diploma
·  MS Excel skills at high level, general computer fluency
·  SAP knowledge
·  Ability to establish strong working relationships based on trust and co-operation
·  Strong analytical and planning skills
·  Seeks out new and innovative ways of approaching situations and tasks
·  Openness for new ideas and  ability to simplify complex information into a single, clear concept.
