We are looking for
Business Controller, Major Projects Supply Finland , to be located in Hyvinkää, Finland.
As Business Controller, you are responsible for business controlling activities for Major Projects Supply Finland. You will analyze and forecast financial, economic and other data to provide accurate and timely information for Major Project Supply Finland management for making strategic and operational decisions.
You will also provide and follow up Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including month end closings, finance forecasting and budgeting to meet current and future business needs. One important part of your role is to provide accurate profitability information on overall Major Projects Supply Finland operations as well as individual supply projects.
You will report to Head of Finance, Major Projects and in matrix to Head of Major Projects Supply Finland, and you will be a member of Major Project Supply Finland Management team.
Main responsibilities:
· Business controlling for Major Projects Supply Finland unit
· Month end closing activities and reporting
· Provide needed support for management and participate actively into future business performance planning, e.g. as part of budgeting and forecasting
· Collect, compile, verify and analyze financial information and economic indicators to ensure management has accurate and timely information for making strategic and operational decisions
· Follow up and provide actual and accurate profitability information on overall supply operations as well as on individual supply projects
· Provide technical expertise and advice on financial issues to management , supply project managers and other stakeholders in the unit to help them manage their financial responsibilities
· Manage currency hedging portfolio of KONE Major Projects Supply Finland
- Follow-up of currency hedging jointly with KONE Treasury
- Follow up tender book and mitigate possible currency risks in tender book
· Understand product costs (including sourcing savings, engineering efficiency, new product launches)
· Maintain strong connections with other Finance colleagues within KONE both in Finland and abroad to share best practices and to understand current and future trends

Desired profile
Skills, Education and Experience
· Master's degree in a relevant field, e.g. management accounting or finance
· Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
· Analytical mindset - understanding the big picture but also attention to details
· Good communication, collaboration and influencing skills in multicultural environment
· Active approach in development
· Drive for results with positive can-do attitude
· Flexibility, proactive and dynamic approach to work
· Ability to work independently and under rigid time constraints and pressure
· Good IT skills in MS Office (especially excel) and SAP
· Fluent verbal and written language skills in English
