We are looking for
We are strengthening the Project and Installation Management Solutions (PIMS) team and looking for a talented individual to join as the Application Support Specialist. The main task of the role is to support the key and end users for custom mobility tools such as IMT2 (Installation Management Tool), IBRT (Installation Back Reporting Tool) and other installation management solutions in North Americas area and participate in the development of the relevant tools in the field. Later the role may offer an opportunity to work with third party suppliers to manage and arrange support for North America specific mobility services (device and application management).
Responsibilities include:
• Support applications according to our Service Level Agreements
• Gather best practices to share amongst the team and other units/teams.
• Analyze data processes within the IMS solution domain and with peer IT functions
• Perform Mobile Device management:
• App / device / functional testing
• tracking Mobile product releases
• understand the Contract with our suppliers
• propose the best hardware
• Analyze business requirements
• Compile functional and technical specifications
• Participate in the development of solutions, applications and services
• Document and test applications
• Roll out applications within North America and globally
• Assist in analyzing and harmonizing business processes within the roll-out
• Assist in estimating costs for new development and support requests
• Proactively improve the quality of support received by end users
• Develop the support scope of third parties related to North America area specific installation mobility solutions (including participating in potential contract negotiations, providing best guides, and proactively finding ways to expand support cost effectively)
• The role will require good knowledge of KONE Delivery Process
• Ensure that KONE and GD policies, procedures and processes are met.

Desired profile
Skills, Education and Experience
We expect you to have
· Experience in mobile applications(Android apps) and integration with SAP
· Understand about cloud technology
· Excellent knowledge of SAP PS/SD processes in a Front Line environment.
· 2-3 years hands-on experience as a SAP Business Analyst in SAP PS/SD
· Global project roll-out experience, preferably working very closely with the business and operations teams.
· End user support experience
· Vendor management
· Strong experience of gathering and analyzing business requirements, and converting them into information technology specifications.
· Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
· Project management certification would be an asset.
· Strong communication skills and sound analytical skills.
· University degree in relevant technical field.
· Comfortable working in a multinational environment.
· Fluent in English.
