Returns Operative/Administrator

PURPOSE OF JOB

To identify, sort and accurately count all returns to Kondor. To process all returns in excel and sage

KEY RESULT AREAS

1. Ensure that all returns are identified correctly, sorted and accurately counted.
2. To complete all required systems accurately
3. To deal with any queries and liaise with the admin team.
4. To sort rejected items being sent back to Amazon and send on regular basis

MAIN ACTIVITIES

• To open, sort, identify and inspect all returns from customer.
• Check off quantities against Returns number
• Work with the Admin team to eliminate any queries.
• Sort items into KW, RW, IW,QW and TW complete quantities on system and place onto pallets or totes.
• To electronically complete Returns system and Sage.
• Compile rejects list and box items for dispatch back to Amazon
• Reject fake and foreign items.
• Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines

SKILL SET

• Good level of Maths and English (Verbal and written)
• Computer literate (Excel and Outlook)
• Good Customer service skills.
• Good communication skills
• Ability to multitask and think logically.
• Able to work on own initiative and part of a team.
• Reasonably fit.
