SALARY: £22,000 - £25,000 p/a (DOE) + competitive commission structure

JOB TITLE: Driving & Industrial Consultant

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:

Keene and Lord are one of the fastest growing recruitment agencies in the UK. We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Consultant to join our Driving and Industrial team in Hemel Hempstead.

Duties will include:

• Sourcing and registering new candidates (database search, job sites, referrals)
• Building strong working relationships with local clients and candidates.
• Running a busy temps desk, filling ad-hoc daily bookings within very short timescales.
• Cold calling businesses in the local area to promote the services offered by KLR
• Dealing with general queries relating to day-to day business (contracts, payroll etc)
• Ensuing candidate references and compliance information is complete and up to date
