Job description

The Social Media Intern is responsible for coordinating and executing all social media strategies for our clients, working across key social media channels including Instagram and Twitter. This role offers the intern a total immersion into a highly engaged community within the hospitality industry and the successful candidate will work closely with the social media manager and learn about social media, digital communications and marketing in a B2C environment. This role will be instrumental in increasing our clients’s social media presence and gaining visibility for each brand.

Responsibilities will include:

- Attending and assisting at photoshoots
- Updating the KK Communications blog for the website
- Scheduling and posting across all platforms daily
- Engaging with key influencers on behalf of our clients
- Strategising at client meetings
- Drafting copy to be posted
- Monitoring relevant trends to feed back to team for social media and press related opportunities
- Analysing data and monitoring campaigns and reactively tailoring content

Essential requirements:

- Experience using Facebook, Twitter & Instagram
