Job description

The internship involves hands on experience in a leading London lifestyle PR agency (that focuses on mainly high end bars, restaurants and clubs) involving everything from assisting with press events, press monitoring,
talking to journalists and everyday office administration.

The position is not fixed term and could continue for up to 3 months at the agreement of both parties, but a minimum of one-month commitment will be required.

Previous experience within an office role or specifically within the PR industry would be ideal but is not necessary. What is more important is that the candidate is friendly and outgoing with a positive, can-do attitude and interest in this field.

The office is based in central London, the closest tube is West Hampstead and the candidate would be required to have a telephone interview and possibly come for a brief meeting prior to starting the position.

Start date is ideally immediate, but could be slightly flexible depending on the right candidate. Working hours are Mon-Thurs, 9.30am-6pm and Fri 9.30am-5.30pm with a one hour lunch break. The successful candidate will also be sometimes required to help at evening events outside of these hours...but these are normally quite fun such as restaurant and bar launches, venue birthdays, celebrity performances and appearances etc!
