Kite Packaging are currently offering a superb and exciting opportunity for 7 internal sales executives to join our Coventry based e-commerce division, as part of our New Business team.

The candidate

The ideal Sales Executives will be:

• Target driven
• Proven ability to cold call and convert business over the telephone

Main Responsibilities Include

• Outbound B2B sales
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Meeting all KPI's set by the Call Centre Manager
• Ensuring sales consistency
• Communicating effectively

Skills/Attributes

• Strong customer service skills
• Able to negotiate effectively and overcome objections
• Team Player

Previous experience in sales as a Telesales / Sales Account Manager is desirable although not essential. The roles are for permanent sales people to join our existing online packaging division.
